How Does it Work?
Research has proven that the cause of most individual difficulties is that we have endured a negative event or events. Childhood trauma could include neglect, abuse, or emotional abandonment. It could also be that we weren’t heard, seen, validated, and emotionally understood by those we depended on for love and care without condition. Some parts of us may keep doing the same thing over and over again, without the awareness that we are in different space and time. So we reach out to these parts and help transform them back to the present moment.
